The Chronicles of Hallowdwell
The Deep-Pocket Cloak is but one of several links between Ouroboros and Saraiah, but in terms of physical objects it may have been the most important. Left behind following the final battle at The Ebon Tower, Elhazra came into possession of this item along with Ouroboros’ Master’s Wand of Magic Missiles, led by her mental bridge with Ouroboros. Within the Deep Pocket Cloak was Ouroboros’ Journal, a private record Ouroboros kept during his travels with the Heroes of the Ebon Tower. This journal revealed secrets that Ouroboros would have rather kept hidden and insights into his personality that Saraiah hopes will give some slight advantage in facing their powerful foe.
The Cloak itself is very useful for wizards who find themselves in need of various items for their spellcasting. Each pocket is actually a portal to very small “pocket dimension” in which items can be safely stored without fear of damage. The pocket dimension allows the wearer to carry an impossibly heavy load without actually being weighed down. It is unknown what would happen to the items stored in the cloak if the cloak were destroyed; it is possible that there are pocket dimensions waiting for a particularly enterprising arcanist treasure hunter/thief to loot small treasures left forgotten for eons.
